The Staff Pad is looking for a Pulmonary Function Testing in Helena, Montana. You will perform Pulmonary Function Testing with an emphasis on providing an exceptional patient experience. Promotes and ensures continuity in the quality of Pulmonary Function testing. Conduct Pulmonary Function Testing with precision and adherence to quality control measures. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by delivering compassionate and professional care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing personnel, and physicians. Accurately gather and exchange patient information with relevant healthcare providers. Utilize computer systems to input and manage data accurately. Required Aptitudes: Demonstrated ability to effectively and creatively solve problems without immediate supervision. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills to support patients and families under physical and emotional stress. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and customers. High level of interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and information exchange. Qualifications: Knowledge/Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Pulmonary Function Testing, including quality control measures. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; candidates without BLS certification must obtain it within six months of employment. Education: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed with the National Board of Respiratory Care. License/Certification/Registry: Current license with the State of Montana as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Registered Pulmonary Therapist preferred.
