Job Description: RN Medical Floor - Nights

The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are searching for an RN Medical Floor - Nights to support the organizations mission. As a Medical Floor RN, you will deliver direct patient care within a family-centered, holistic approach. This role involves performing detailed patient assessments, coordinating care under the guidance of the Director or Charge Nurse, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. You’ll facilitate patient transitions through the care continuum and work collaboratively with healthcare team members to provide a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, organize data, and document patient care accurately and promptly.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, emphasizing holistic, family-centered approaches.
  • Coordinate patient hand-offs and assist with transitions through the care continuum.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, fostering a positive environment focused on patient satisfaction.
  • Adapt to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, equipment, and department assignments.


  • Requirements

    Qualifications:

  • RN license in Montana and current BLS certification required.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; experience in Medical-Surgical or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with an empathetic and customer-focused approach.
