The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

• Provide leadership and direction to team members  Â
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management  Â
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor Â
• Assist with the training of cleaning team Â
• Coordinate work assignments  Â
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules  Â
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building  Â
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property  Â
• Report work orders for maintenance Â
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times  Â
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work Â
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager Â
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building  Â
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly Â
• Complete order forms completely and accurately Â
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories Â
