The Search Operations Associate will offer administrative and operational support to increase the overall efficiency of Adecco Search daily operations. They will provide high-touch customer service to Search professionals, clients and internal employees as needed.Â
What you’ll be doingNew Hire OnboardingÂ
Orders equipment and system access for all new hiresÂ
Creates, manages and executes welcome packages for new hires Â
Reaches out to all new hires on their first day to assist with any setup neededÂ
Business SupportÂ
Provides base level of support for internal systems, including; IT, VOIP, ATS, CRM, etc.Â
Manages employee and terminated employee equipment orders and returns, as well as access to internal systemsÂ
Assists with new system migration, implementation, and trainingÂ
Assists with overall new employee training Â
Assists with scheduling functional meetingsÂ
Provides general administrative support to senior leadership team, including meeting coordination, special projects as assigned, and generation of communicationsÂ
Produces financial and other business reporting for business unit leadershipÂ
Operations SupportÂ
Prepares, formats and edits a range of presentations, training materials, proposals, handouts, and newsletters to align with company identityÂ
Orders and prepares business cards, birthday cards, holiday cards and other marketing collateralÂ
Works within Bullhorn database to maintain up-to-date records, create marketing lists and pull necessary reportsÂ
Assists with further developing the Search community and professional’s internal involvement Â
Assists in strengthening Searches thought leadership by identifying pertinent industry events and potential speaking engagementsÂ
Assists with preparing, planning and executing company events, lunches and training seminars Â
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Â
About youEDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:Â
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in an office environment.Â

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
