Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager - Manager Level 2, to join our Strategic Space Systems team in Redondo Beach, CA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. In this job, you will: Be responsible for all aspects of the portfolio’s security program including, maintain the physical security integrity and accreditation of multiple SCIFs. Conduct periodic self-inspections and participate in Government compliance inspections. Provide advice and counsel on security matters/activities that affect programs. Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports and take remedial actions, as necessary. Understand IC, DoD and other government policy and directives to be able to apply solutions to complex tasks/challenges/assignments. Participate in and brief security updates at staff and customer meetings, conduct security briefings and training. Maintain regular interaction with customer personnel, program managers and staff, and program team members. Other duties as assigned.
