We are seeking a Staff (Level 5) Training Program Lead to join our talented team in Redondo Beach, CA. What you'll get to do: Designs and delivers technical training programs for all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs. May be responsible for development of e-learning programs. This position is contingent upon program award and/or customer funding. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 12 Years of relevant experience; 10 Years of relevant experience with Masters; 8 Years of relevant experience with PhD. Active Secret Clearance required at the time of application. Experience in developing training programs from design to certification. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop training modules. Experience in leading working groups and/or sprint review demonstrations. Experience with customer interactions. Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations 25%. Experience in on-time CDRL delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in coaching and mentoring. Ability to manage a CONUS & OCONUS training schedule. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in working with cross-functional teams throughout the development process. Active TS/SCI clearance.
