Northrop Grumman is looking for a Manager, Global Supply Chain (Level 3) to lead the Northrop Grumman Space Sector (NGSP) Global Supply Chain (GSC) Compliance Organization. This position manages Space Sector Price/Cost Analysis and Procurement Analysis & Compliance Evaluation (PACE), in addition to being the primary focal point for GSC aligned DCMA and DCAA audits. This role can be located at any of our major Northrop Grumman Space sector locations within the United States. May consider a full-time remote option. In this job, you will: Lead a team of Compliance professionals at NGSP Sector GSC. This Manager, and their team, is responsible for: Performing Procurement Analysis Compliance Evaluation (PACE) Reviews Management and Publication of PACE Metrics Management and Publication of Sector GSC Policies and Procedures Maintenance of the PACE Sharepoint site and Resources Management of the Space Sector Price/Cost Analysis team and processes Support the Enterprise Compliance Leadership Council and other various councils and working groups Support Space Sector Contracting Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) and serve as the focal point for DCMA interaction Support Space Sector level non-purchasing system audits such as Sarbanes-Oxley, MAAR 13 and Incurred Cost Develop and provide Space Sector GSC training and compliance guidance as needed Manages resolution of PACE concerns and escalation of PACE concerns and issues, where required Supports monthly Manager PACE Meetings Collaboration with other members of the NGSP GSC Management Team
