- Nassau/Suffolk County on Long Island, New York
- Must have current urgent care or emergency medicine experience
- Work 12-hour shifts, 10 am - 10 pm; might change to 14-hour shifts, 8 am - 10 pm, in the future
- Salary range is $120 per hour - $150 per hour based on experience
- Incentives/bonuses plus relocation assistance
