At Sunrise, our Clinical Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of 150+ Home Health patients.

Responsibilities
 
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all clinical programs 
- Quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Training of 200+ clinical and home health aides
- Must have the ability to travel within the Home Health geographic area approximately 50% of the time
 
 
 
Qualifications:
- Must maintain current Registered Nurse (RN) license. 
- 5+ years RN experience, preferably within Home
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long term care, hospital or home health environment including hiring team members, coaching and discipline, performance management, and daily supervision
- Ability to delegate and oversee care
- Proven good judgment, time management, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to be on call during weekends with flexible hours during the week as needed for patient care
