Building Maintenance – Full Time at CBM Systems L.L.C.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Location: 2300 NE Brookwood Pkwy, Hillsboro, OR 97124
Requirements:
- You must be at or over 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak and read English.
- A pre-employment background check and e-verification are required.
- Minimum of 1 year maintenance/trade experience
- Able to stand, walk, reach, climb, bend and kneel.Â
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.Â
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Completes basic building repairs, appliances, and windows, preventative and ground maintenance.
- Assists in prioritizing work requests/orders and monitoring maintenance of building and equipment.
- Clear, concise communication with the client and the account manager on work schedules for assigned areas in the building.
- Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful, professional, treating others with empathy and dignity.
