This position in with a leading manufacturer experiencing rapid growth and offering significant advancement opportunities!
 

The Strategic Accounts Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients. This involves regular communication, resolving client queries, and promoting product innovation to increase revenue.
•    Determine business strategies for key strategic accounts.
•    Prospect key individuals within accounts through phone calls, networking, etc.
•    Manage business pipeline, grow revenue, and develop long-term success strategies.
•    Develop and maintain strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
•    Maintain relationships with global team members to ensure consistency.
•    Communicate trends, pricing issues, and other unique sales-related matters.
•    Develop and lead strategies for assigned strategic accounts.
•    Ensure engagement success and overall client satisfaction.
•    Recruit and manage industry/technology-specific alliances.
•    Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs regularly.
•    Become a trusted partner with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with internal resources to drive added value and expertise.
