If you reside in Houston, this will be a hybrid role: In-Office Monday to Wednesday and work from home on Thursday and Friday.

Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation, the role performs a wide variety of tasks in support of Sysco’s equity and executive compensation programs. This position is a significant contributor for ensuring flawless process execution that meets the business and human resources objectives of the Company. This role will collaborate and partner across the enterprise as required, ensuring successful program execution.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
Assists with preparation of materials for meetings of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee of the Board of Directors. Tasks include: creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations
Supports the implementation and execution of various Executive Compensation programs with data analytics, metrics, and reports
Draft executive compensation tables and other related materials for the annual proxy statement
Composes draft memoranda, correspondence, and other communications materials
Supports Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and HR in all areas of stock and executive compensation
Develop and streamline processes or implement modifications to existing processes to meet evolving needs of the Company
Maintain an awareness of Executive Compensation regulations and trends
Support SOX compliance and audits for all aspects of equity accounting controls, policies, and procedures. Maintain supporting documentation for internal and external auditors
Provide a superior level of customer service to employees, executive management, and others; support employee understanding of equity awards
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requests, with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Highly adaptable and agile to manage and influence complexity and evolving priorities
Possess a highly collaborative style with demonstrated ability to build positive professional relationships
Ability to translate and analyze data into convincing reports and recommendations
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive compensation data
Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance
Education/Experience:
4-7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Executive Compensation and/or Equity benefit programs.
Expert-level Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Especially a proficiency in creating and managing databases and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with compound formulas and working with large data files.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Familiar with general accounting and payroll practices.
