SummaryDelivers value to Business and BT stakeholders through the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality Salesforce design and implementations through leading and mentoring an agile Product team.  Develop and lead a team of people with a focus on skills and deliverables on Salesforce Service Cloud and Call center software/Talkdesk. Oversee and take accountability for team’s actions, providing day-to-day hands-on direction.
