Core Group Resources is looking for a Marine Service Engineer to manage the troubleshooting, repair, and installation of marine equipment and engines.
The position requires a degree in an engineering discipline and previous experience in repairing marine engines.
Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to obtain a TWIC.
Responsibilities include performing emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and overhauls on both 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, which should include several years in a relevant field.

Marine Service Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a Marine Service Engineer to oversee all troubleshooting, repair, technical service and installations of marine equipment and engines.

Marine Service Engineer Responsibilities

Assist in emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and engine overhauls
Ensure that all work is done within regulations of the HSE policies
Repair 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines
Perform overhauls on marine diesel engines
Communicate with customers and fix any issues they may have

Marine Service Engineer Position Requirements

Degree in an Engineering discipline
Previous experience with repairing marine engines
Full knowledge of reading blueprints and schematics
Ability to obtain a TWIC
