Position Summary: Design, develop, and implement business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis. Evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and account for all inventory across multiple warehouses and field service locations.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of inventory analysts and coordinators.
- Lead strategic analysis and inventory reporting to support business units and corporate objectives.
- Develop relevant inventory performance metrics and measures and prepare detailed weekly and month-end reports for field teams and Operations leadership.
- Incorporate inventory controls to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Analyze business data, providing assessments of trends, identifying, and explaining variances from goals.
- Champion process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics, and data integration capabilities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure the integrity of field inventory and consignment systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory and/or supply chain analytics including developed analytical models and solutions.
- Ability to build reports and perform analytics using NetSuite system tools.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the proven ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proven proficiency with Intermediate to advanced querying skills with Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Strong business acumen, and ability to assess the impact on business performance.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
- Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.

- Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
- Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
- Experience with NetSuite WMS and report building.
- Related Professional Certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional overnight travel required.

- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

- Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
