Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to add a Sr. Principal TEMPEST Engineer to its Specialty Engineering Team located in Huntsville, AL or Roy, UT in support of the Sentinel (GBSD) program. This position is for a systems engineer familiar with design and testing for TEMPEST compliance. The selected candidate will be supporting efforts within the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) team. Can be located in Huntsville, AL or Roy, Utah and may offer a competitive relocation package. In this role you can expect to: Make significant contributions to a team of engineers in TEMPEST testing and analysis. Conduct TEMPEST testing in accordance with NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92 and CNSSAM TEMPEST 01-02. Support the program’s TEMPEST SME – participating in frequent customer interactions. Assist in the development of the TEMPEST Control Plan. Develop TEMPEST test plans and test procedures. Review TEMPEST testing results. Provide consultation on TEMPEST best practices with various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
