Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 3 (Principal), to join our Launch & Missile Defense Systems - Missile Defense Systems team in Huntsville, AL. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. #definingpossible The individual selected for this position will serve as the Security, Education, Awareness & Training (SETA) representative to the Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Business Unit (BU)& Missile Defense Weapons Systems (MDWS) Operating Unit (OU), reporting directly to the MDS BU Security Manager. The selected candidate will be expected to provide education and training material to the employee population on the security requirements in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule), DD254s, and all other company and customer security directives. Additionally, the position will support the MDS BU Security Manager in the creation and implementation of program based standard operating procedures (SOP) annexes, OPSEC, and concept of operation (CONOP) documentation. In this role the candidate will be responsible for interfacing with all levels of briefed personnel to include company executives, program management and government customers. In this job, you will: Develop a targeted SETA program and educational materials Develop and maintain an annual SETA strategic plan and topic schedule Conduct security trainings and briefings Coordinate with the Security Manager and NG Enterprise Security on the development of all business security training material Create security messaging in all business communication platforms Aid with Security team in preparation of and during internal and external security reviews and audits as required Assist in the development of innovative security learning solutions for the employee population Develop and implement security policies and procedures specific to the program to include SOP annexes, CONOPs, internal work instructions, etc. Support fast-paced, high-profile programs Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment Routinely support new business pursuits and classified solicitation activities. Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree Strong working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Supplements, DoDM 5205/07 V1-4, ICD 705, and ISLs.
