Facility Technical Lead
The Facility Technical Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dialysis equipment, water treatment systems, and facility infrastructure. This position supports our mission to deliver exceptional care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise maintenance and repairs on dialysis machines, water treatment systems, and related facility systems.
- Monitor and test water systems daily to meet AAMI standards.
- Collaborate with Clinic Managers to select and oversee external service contractors.
- Train clinical staff on water treatment operations and equipment testing as needed.
- Maintain accurate records for maintenance, compliance, and training purposes.
- Participate in facility surveys and ensure technical readiness.
- Promote a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical manuals, and procedural guidelines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical or technical environment.
- Supervisory or management experience in medical/technical settings.
- Experience working with Fresenius 2008 dialysis machines and Biolab 4400 RO systems.
