• Contract Type: Locum Tenens
• Setting: Emergency Medicine
• Schedule: Flexible, ongoing
• Volume: 15,000
• Trauma Level: None
• ED Beds: 10
• Shifts Available: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 7a-7a, 7p-7p
• Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours per day
• Daily APC Coverage: None
• EMR: Cerner

• License: Current Indiana State License with Unrestricted DEA
• Boards: ABEM, ABFM, ABIM
• Ceritifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS for non EM boards
• Experience: Recent/Ongoing ED Experience
