JOB SUMMARYThis is a sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. As a CSR (customer sales representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.Full Time onsite in Irvine CAwork scheduled - 8am - 5pm, Sunday through ThursdayRESPONSIBILITIESAnswer all incoming concerns/needs from all customersKey pick-up request, Handle transportation/routing on delivery questionsProcess will-call ordersProvide customers with invoice copies.Process creditsMaintaining Call listMonitor orders before the cut-offCommunicate regularly with the AE (account executives) and customers.Manage the same-day deliveries for OPCO (operating company)Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONSEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experiencePreferred: Previous call center experienceProfessional SkillsStrong telephone communication skillsAble to work in a fast pace environmentAbility to sit and work at a PC for extended periodsProficient in MS Office#LI-Onsite#LI-GR1
