The MDM Team Lead will assist in resolving complex escalations, train newly onboarded team members, and assist with projects that include process automation, integration, and implementation. Additionally, the MDM Team Lead will service in leading stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and Quality Controls. The MDM Team Lead will be expected to provide exceptional customer service for all MDM stakeholders internally and externally.  Â
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Internal and External StakeholdersÂ
- Work with stakeholders regularly to manage and resolve escalations, projects, and issue resolution/investigationÂ
- Help communicate and orchestrate change management around cross functional processes between business unitsÂ
- Maintain and create positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersÂ
- Combining complex data used to report out and present metrics around stakeholder engagement, activities, and process improvementsÂ
- Lead Stakeholder CallsÂ
Identify & Develop Process Issues/ResolutionÂ
- Work with internal and external business units to identify areas and processes that can be improved upon and/or automatedÂ
- Resolve complex problems that have impact across multiple functional business unitsÂ
- Work with Internal and External Stakeholders to identify MDM transformation initiativesÂ
- Assisting in developing reports and analysisÂ
- Assisting in being the point of contact for all customer onboardings.Â
Data Governance InitiativesÂ
- Assist and ensure that all initiatives set out by Data Governance are met through current and new process implementationÂ
- Provide feedback to team, management, and stakeholders on processes impacting compliance/data governance initiativesÂ
- Meet regularly with the business to ensure all initiatives and processes are being properly maintained and adhered toÂ
TrainingÂ
- Inform, Communicate, and Develop all new or existing processes to existing team members and new team members.Â
- Perform ongoing training and education with internal and external peers to ensure process adherence Â
- Monitor and inquire about Quality Control metrics to identify areas of improvement for Master DataÂ
- Delivery quality products and services that meeting customers’ needsÂ
- Continually create, audit, and review SOPs to ensure accuracyÂ
- Meet regularly with all internal team members to discuss metrics, new and existing processes, and assist in resolving any barriers
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):Â
Education/Training – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience Â
Business Experience – 2+ years’ experience in master data or data governance, process improvement experience. Analytical experience preferred.  Â
Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Â
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skillsÂ
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization (time management) skillsÂ
- Demonstrates analytical ability and attention to detailsÂ
- Advanced/Intermediate problem solving and root cause analysis skillsÂ

- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc)Â Â
- Ability to work with minimal supervisionÂ
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with strong attention to details.Â
