Our latest product offering, Spring by Citi, offers our clients a digital payments platform for eCommerce through a centralized payment gateway allowing access to payment networks across the globe covering card acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs) e.g. e-Wallets, and bank transfers (e.g. Open Banking). As the Spring by Citi Technical Integration Manager, you will be part of the wider TTS Implementation Team responsible for driving the growth of our eCommerce business by leading clients through their Spring by Citi integration journey and providing them the best experience possible from the outset of the Sales process to completion of the integration journey. Job Responsibilities Own the full onboarding cycle from the point of sale, technical solutioning, development support/troubleshooting, sandbox and live environment testing, right through to go live Proactively develop and manage the customer’s integration project, strategy, and timeline Operate as SME for Spring by Citi APIs, as client advocate for technical discussions, fully proficient in applying this to client use cases and business flows Partner with Sales and Product teams in pre-sales discussions with prospective clients, demonstrating our Spring by Citi API’s, technical solutioning with merchant developers, and consulting on our capabilities and technical integration know-how Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for any project delivery challenges Lead and contribute to projects to develop, improve and scale our onboarding process Engage with our Product and Technology teams to help drive product strategy based on market and client insights and feedback Qualifications Strong experience integrating eCommerce solutions with Web APIs, including SDK’s, Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure), Tokenization and Fraud solutions, as a merchant, payment gateway or acquirer Proficient in project-managing customers, and holding cross-functional teams accountable for delivery and timeline Adept at managing client relationships and comfortable engaging in business and technical conversations at multiple levels of seniority within an organization Worked with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Technology) to develop solutions to meet customer objectives Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to take a complex message and articulate in a manner that is clear for stakeholders to understand and action Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment Good experience with presenting to internal teams and clients alike Batchelor's degree, ideally with a Computer Science or technical domain.
