The TPM leads the efforts of his/her teams based upon the strategic relevance and value defined for the customer. The TPM is responsible for tactical discipline by ensuring feature requirements are well defined, user stories are properly written and prioritized so they may be consumed by their teams. This prioritization must be established based upon the overall strategy of the business and the value for the customer, various critical MMS Initiatives.

The TPM is the final authority on acceptance of delivered functionality against user stories and makes the final decision regarding the completeness of delivered DAAA, Denali and Acceleration Program. TPM must have excellent communication skills with the ability to provide insights and leadership at many levels within the organization, both upward to executive level leaders and downward within their teams.

Core Skills:

• In-depth Understanding of variety of ETL/ELT tools (Data Stage, Matillion, Informatica etc) and previous experience of Migration from on-prem to cloud.

• Proficiency in Database Engineering concepts, API, and Cloud Engineering, Scheduling.

• Understanding technical requirements and translating them into product features in line with road and Enterprise/Department vision.

• Product management skills - Agile methodology

• Communication and collaboration - Maintaining and communicating the product vision as defined with the help of stakeholder.

• Working with internal and external customers, vendor and end users to define features that address customer business needs and return maximum value for all parties.

• Managing the product lifecycle and driving product enhancements with strong skills in Jira, Confluence, Miro etc.

• Understanding technical requirements and translating them into product features.

• Creating and managing a roadmap that reflects the technical needs and milestones of the product.

• Ensuring the product’s technical aspects are feasible and align with the latest technological standards and practices.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.

Critical Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in an Agile environment.

  • 4+ years’ experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.

  • 2+ Successful Application migration on-Prem to Cloud ideally Azure eco System, Snowflake, Databricks, DataStage

  • 5+ Year of ETL/ELT experience.

  • 2+ Year of EDW and high-level concepts.

Nice To Have

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry

  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, make data driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, Opex and Capex.

  • Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin and cash flow analysis. • Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.

  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing.

  • Good Technical knowledge on JD Edwards, Data Stage, Azure eco system.

  • Good to have basic knowledge of SQL, Python etc.
