This IT Strategic Finance and resource Manager role is within the Wholesale Lending Technology (WLT) department which itself is part of the Information Services Group (ISG) Data Engineering organization. WLT is transforming Credit Risk and Lending technology from the ground up; establishing a strategic end to end integrated Wholesale Credit Risk and Lending ecosystem to simplify business process, strengthen controls, improve data quality, drive organizational productivity, and enhance the overall client experience. This role is responsible for the financials, budgeting, resourcing and portfolio hygiene of the WLT organization. We support executive leadership as they execute on business strategy by effectively collaborating with our business management office and with technical and product leadership to provide resourcing and financial budgeting, forecasting and metrics aligned to WLT Initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who will help to oversee strategic initiatives, manage special projects, prepare annual budgets, financial and resourcing reports and communicate with stakeholders. This role requires someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Assist WLT Leadership in decision making and strategic planning Oversee and manage special projects and process improvements as assigned Coordinate and streamline communication between different teams and departments Monitor and maintain technical resource management plans Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports Promote and actively participate in a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications: 6 + years of experience in a business strategy, business management or similar role to include resource planning, budgeting and reporting in a global Technology function within a large Financial Services organization. Detail oriented with ability to analyze, interpret and use data for decision making Intermediate to advanced excel skills to include use of pivot tables, data models, formula crafting, graphs and other data analysis techniques. Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including executive leadership. Must be able to present materials and chair meetings with directors, managing directors across the technology and product organization.
