JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This position is directly responsible for data entry (dates) and closing shipments to generate the Commercial Invoices, SED filing, trouble-shooting sales folders and tracking of accessorial charges. This position also covers the front desk responsibilities full time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Order office supplies, mail intake and distribution, greet guests, coordinate visitor sign in, maintain courier log and distribute, maintain conference room calendar, maintain phone list
-Switchboard coverage
-Assist HR department with administrative support to include creating new hire files, creating event fliers/banners for colleague events, assisting with event coordination and any clerical tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- HSD or equivalent ​
Experience
- 1 year data entry Â
Professional Skills
- Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.    AS400 preferred
- Bilingual -Spanish preferred
