JOB DESCRIPTION

High volume, high-performing SportClips locations in NE Jacksonville looking for motivated, passionate, caring leader to take us to the next level. We have caring owners, a talented Operations Director working beside you. We want someone who will drive sense of urgency, accountability, and client growth. We want someone passionate for buidling a business and a team. You will work behind the chair, develop the team, develop strategies/contests/incentives and participate in development of individuals and the team. 

We will hire as a Stylist; 90 day training period with the opportunity to become Assistant or Manager if we both agree.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Industry passion.
