1. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm, Weekend rotation for PT admissions 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? Both 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment?
