Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our Medical Center team! 

Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the community's residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”  In this position you would oversee a skilled nursing of 114 bed, including both long-term care and rehab.

To be successful in this role you would have: 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional management experience in related field
  • Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license
  • BS Degree, Masters’ Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
  • Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members

Compensation: 120-140K per year depending on experience + performance-based bonus
