Job Details:

• Average $85,000 per year 
• $0.65-$0.66 cents per mile
• Out of sequence pay: $55-$279 
• Stop pay: $35-39 per stop
• Off account work: $350 per day
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Trainee pay: $200 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Trainer pay: $50 per day
