Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact as Document Control Coordinator
- Create and track procedures and tasks from the eQMS (electronic Quality Management System)
- Manage eQMS access and other eQMS admin tasks as needed
- Ensure completion of tasks created in eQMS
- Identify and Deploy Data Collection solutions into the organization that allows Quality Teams to improve performance and process.
- Support to keep and report Quality KPIs.
- Support new improvement projects and provide analysis, formulate standard practices/procedures.
- Train others in the use of standardized processes, reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Run effective presentations to key stakeholders in Supply Chain.
- Support data, procedures and process requirements of department.
Position Details:
- Plant location: Joliet, IL
- Work week and shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Compensation offered: $31.25/hour
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to map, create and improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
- Technical or higher level degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Food Science, or related field with strong Chemistry component.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to individually plan and execute deliverables.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Experience in Quality Systems
- Experience with Supply Chain processes, Manufacturing or Quality functions
- Experience with any electronic Quality Management Software and/or in document control management
- Knowledge of quality management systems, and standards applicable to the industry (e.g. ISO9001, Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Previous experience with etQ (electronic Quality Management Software)Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams.
- Project Management experience
