Position Title: Manufacturing Associate

Wage: $18.75 - $21.55/hr. (+ $1/hr. Shift Premium)

Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift 

Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Fridays, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - Thursday

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines and equipment used in production. Tasks may include setting up machinery, monitoring production runs, and performing routine maintenance
- Inspect products at different stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications to ensure high-quality output
- Learn and perform a variety of tasks across different production stations, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and material handling
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Provide feedback on production processes and suggest improvements
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Report any safety hazards or incidents to maintain a safe working environment
- Work effectively with other team members to achieve production goals. Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to supervisors or team leads
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered
- Be prepared to shift between different tasks and roles as needed, based on production demands and team needs                                   

Requirements For Manufacturing Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in a factory environment
