Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE 1 OR MORE YEARS OF POST GRADUATE EXPERIENCE (NOT INCLUDING TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS ) TO BE SUBMITTED
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Master's degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred
Current Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist **LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLY
Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level
**all licenses and certifications must be current/valid at the time of submission through the end of the initial contract.
B. EXPERIENCE
One (1) or more years of professional Physical Therapy experience in acute care setting with both inpatients and outpatients prior to any travel assignments
Student clinical experiences, externships/internships prior to graduation or licensure do not apply to two-year experience requirement
C. Traveler Requirements
No RTO during initial assignment
Compliance must be completed and uploaded to Medefis portal 10 or more days in advance of starting contract
