Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include:Â
- Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchasesÂ
- Recommending and upselling merchandise to guestsÂ
- Maintaining a clean and organized work areaÂ
- Operating a cash register and handling card transactions accuratelyÂ
- Restocking merchandise as neededÂ
- Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concernsÂ
- Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss preventionÂ
