The Housekeeper at Worlds of Fun is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Guest units, including desks and patios. Duties include:
- Keeps storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean and tidyÂ
- Uses established procedures to work appropriately with all cleaning chemicalsÂ
- Removes and carries linens, towels, toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled cartsÂ
- Cleans, scrubs, dusts, sweeps, vacuums and mops Guest units, including kitchenettes and bathrooms to ensure rooms are ready for check inÂ
- Empties wastebaskets and transports other trash and waste to disposal areasÂ
- Washes windows, walls, ceilings and woodworkÂ
- Makes up Guest beds, bathrooms and organize linen closetsÂ
- Replenishes supplies, such as linens and bathroom itemsÂ
- Reports all items needing repair or maintenance to managementÂ
- Other duties may be assignedÂ
