Position Title: Production Associate – 12 Hour Day or Night Shift
Wage: $16.00 - $16.55/hour
Shift: 12 Hour Days or Nights
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm or 5:30pm – 5:30am (Various 4-Day Schedules)

Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble upfits into vehicles
- Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship
- Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces
- Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction
- Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures
- Work with other associates to set up machine
- Stack, mark, pack and transport finished parts
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Requirements for Production Associate:
- Able to lift up to 35lbs
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to reach and grab with hands and arms
- Able to stoop, bend and kneel as needed
- Able to read a tape measure to an 16th of an inch
- Able to read and understand work instructions and bar graphs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus
