The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization that specializes in providing non-clinical surgical services for minimally invasive surgical procedures to hospitals throughout the US. The Clinical Sales Specialist will promote services to healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers. The primary objective is to increase sales in collaboration with the Sales team, building client relationships and addressing customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of services and identify how they can address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to grow existing relationships and identify new leads.
  • Perform warm outreach and develop innovative clinical sales tactics.
  • Work with account supervisors to design industry-specific outreach efforts.
  • Conduct customer presentations and Quarterly Business reviews.
  • Assess KPI collections and processes.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of services to potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct clinical sales presentations, service training, and workshops.
  • Assist in negotiating client contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Establish rapport with clients and team members.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, hospital staff, and team members.
  • Interact in clinical lab and classroom environments.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Prefer an associate degree or higher.
  • Certifications: CRCST or obtain within 120 days of hire. Other certifications considered.
  • Previous Experience: Three or more years of clinical or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
