Join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing company specializing in just-in-time (JIT) automotive solutions. They are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This company is currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable HR Assistant to join their team. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
HR Admin Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems
- Process timecards, new hires, and employee changes using ADP
- Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
HR Admin Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with just-in-time (JIT) automotive processes
- Experience with ADP for timecards, hiring, and employee changes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong office etiquette and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
