About The Position
Opportunity Details
Medicus is collaborating with a leading facility in St. Louis, Missouri, that has an opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage in the Cardiac Surgery ICU.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: 12.5-hour day shifts, specific dates
- No call required
- Patient Volume: 10 per shift
- Patient Population: High acuity
- Must be proficient in ECMO/Impella/IABP and pacemaker management
- Procedures: Arterial and central line placement, PA catheter/hemodynamic interpretation, occasional chest tube placement
- Support Staff: Intensivist on-site
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
