As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements, analyzing production data, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Process Engineer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Conduct time studies and line balancing to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process changes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
- Experience conducting time studies and line balancing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Â
