Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1668.84 - $1828.62
PT needed asap for 13 weeksDay, weekends and holidaysEvaluate, treat, document and discharge patients for physical therapy in a 25 bed critical access hospital on the Big Island of Hawaii at Kohala Hospital. HI LIC required2 years experienceBLSEMR: EPIC

Licenses: PT-HI
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
