Production Associate

TRC Talent is looking for a Production Associate for our client in Kennesaw!

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products using both hand tools and power tools, ensuring that all assembly processes meet quality and safety standards.

• $16.00/hr.
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Assemble products according to specifications using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents to complete tasks efficiently.
• Position and secure parts accurately, utilizing measuring tools and templates as needed.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.

• Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
• Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods; frequent bending and lifting required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and guidelines.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
