TRC Talent is looking for a Pump Technician for our client in Kennesaw
 
Job Summary:

Accurately and efficiently assembles/test products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery. Learn the basics of the products and how to use the specialty tools required. May Perform first stage of subassembly and final detailing functions on routine assignments requiring limited judgment.

Job Details:

  • Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • Temp to Hire
  • $19-21/hr (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders as given to individuals by Team leads or Trainer
  • Become knowledgeable safety protocols
  • Execute training for 300 series and 400 series subassemblies.
  • Learn how to test all size of pumps and fill out proper documentation.
  • Follow Customer Orders and Bill of Materials to pressure set and change O-ring on multiple products.
  • Establish a foundation on how to polish and grind parts to order specifications.
  • Perform Moderately complex assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, Mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Interprets blueprints, engineering order, assembly drawings, test specifications, and quality directives.
  • May perform other related responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Address any safety issues or violations as you see them.
  • Advise team lead of tools required or suggested enhancements to optimize workflow.
  • Advise team lead of damaged items that will prevent completion of the Job.
  • 1 – 2 years General Mechanical Work Experience
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and test specifications. Perform basic mathematical calculations, as well as demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
  • Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
