Sales Coordinator, K&B Taiwan 

Handle customer incoming phone calls, inquiries, correspondences, and KEC visitors in a courteous manner and with appropriate procedures.
Work with KEC showroom sales to follow up on order generation and close deals and order follow up with service partner.
Work with EC sales to handle customers inquiry, Q&A and order follow up with service partner.
Prepare the proposals and presentation boards for project tendering purposes.
Assist the sales team with quotations preparation and sales force project pipeline update.
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and evaluating market information for the sales team.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database and filing system.
Monthly business report preparing and collecting for Monthly sales tracking & forecast, Commentary report & Scorecard KPI, Distributor KPI etc. 
SCM supply & demand S&OP meeting report update
Sales order and OSR report tracking 
Assist in sales sell in/ sell out tracking and incentive collection and reporting

Skills/Requirements

Diploma or Certificate holder in business administration or any related disciplines.
Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and typing skills
Immediate available & experience in supplier are advantages.
Good spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) language skills 
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Result-oriented, able to work under pressure, self-motivated and able to meet tight schedule.
