Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Under thedirection of the Associate Director – Engineering, Water Technology or WaterTechnology Engineer Associate Director; or the AssociateDirector – Advanced Development – Materials or AD-Materials Engineer, the WaterTechnology and Materials Engineering co-ops will identify, evaluate, develop,& create new materials and water technologies that revolutionize theKitchen & Bath industry.

Responsibilities

  •  Support Advanced Development - Water Technology and Advanced Development – Materials projects.
  • Determine the technical feasibility of technologies & product concepts.
  • Create technical requirements, risk mitigation plans, test specifications, and product cost analyses.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and track industry trends.
  • Keep abreast of new Materials and new fluid technologies and perform technical research.
  • Create & test prototypes (mock-ups, 3D Printed parts, etc.) to quickly evaluate innovative technologies and concepts.

Skills/Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university with a focus in engineering or physical science.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.
