Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of assignments, including but notlimited to the skills of the following trades: Concrete, conventional masonry,refractory masonry, rough and finish carpentry, painting, glazing and roofingassignments.
Construct and repair wood structures, custom cabinetry and equipment, toperform basic and advanced masonry, painting and glazing and roofing skills asrequired.
Mix and apply protective coatings to various surfaces and fabrications. Repairand replace window glazing using glass, plastic, and various sealants.
Must be able to differentiate colors and estimate areas and volumes.
Assist in snow removal operations when needed.
Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but notlimited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heightsand confined spaces.
Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 poundsor more.

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required
Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to meet Kohler Company’s MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing.
Required to achieve a passing score on technical skills test as well as thehands-on assessment.
Must be capable of operating a fork truck.
Required to provide own tools

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery

The salary range for this position is $30.28 - $35.30.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the worklocation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
