Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform all required electrical and electronicinstallation and repair services to plant equipment, in conformance withestablished codes, specifications and safety practices, in accordance withspecified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneselfand others.
Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment,including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold,Â
dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.Â
Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushingweights of up to 40 pounds or more.
Must provide own tools.Â

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required and must holdand maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to meet Kohler Company’s MVRGuidelines and maintain good standing.
Must complete technical skills test.
Required to enroll in an Electrician Apprenticeship Program. An interview andknowledge assessment required, with the job being awarded to the most qualifiedcandidate.
This position is a 4-year commitment.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old

The salary range for this position is $28.95 - 37.84. Thespecific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the worklocation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
