CraftingExcellence: Your Responsibilities
Operate,inspect and troubleshoot all Powerhouse equipment and Plant Utility systemsefficiency, financially responsibly and support customer’s requests.

Respond, monitor and react to fire system trouble/alarms. 

Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines andinstructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.

Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but notlimited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights,and confined spaces. 

Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 poundsor more.

AdditionalRequirements:
High Schooldiploma/GED required, must hold & maintain a valid driver’s license and beable to meet Kohler Company’s MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing.
Must achieve apassing score on technical skills test.   

Must provide own tools.  

Must have completed/obtain within 12-months of hire or transfer: High-PressureBoilers POWENGR 331 coursework via Milwaukee Area Technical College orequivalent training. Required to be an active participant on the KohlerCompany Fire Brigade, responding to plant fires.

PreferredQualifications:
Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
