Product Coordinator

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:  Onsite at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Product Coordinator will be the lead support for Kohler’s Photo Studio. Maintain an
accurate inventory of Kohler product needed for tradeshows as well as photo and video
productions across multiple Kohler Studio locations, using an inventory management system.
Responsible for accurate and timely deliveries of product to the appropriate photo set. Lead
product installation and dismantle as needed.
Provide proactive communication with team
members on product status on a project basis.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead Kohler plumbing product installation and dismantle as required
  • Schedule or execute delivery of product to each studio set location.
  • Notify Producers of product statuses for all Photo Shoots.
  • Effectively and accurately manages Kohler product by receiving stock into an inventory management system.
  • Assist warehouse team with product deliveries, including forklift and pallet jack
    operations. 
  • Run Daily Status Reports and flag projects that may be in jeopardy.
  • Coordinate with the Beacon Construction Manager on delivery timing.
  • Inform team on product status at weekly production meetings.
  • Run product manifests for outbound product, and transfer product.
  • Schedule pick & pack with Warehouse Manager.
  • Initiate product issue chasing for all photo teams in conjunction with the producer.
  • Re-box product, inclusive of barcode, and create return manifest.
  • Manages product while at the studios.
  • Schedule or execute return of product to warehouse.
  • Participate in quarterly audits.
  • Assist with the set-up of tradeshow booths for client walk-thru at the warehouse.
  • Assist in product placement planning for tradeshows.
  • Potential travel up to 5% of the time per year to support product installation at
    tradeshows.

Skills/Requirements

  • Associates Degree or trade certification.
  • 2-3 years experience in a related field including warehouse and/or product installation.  
  • General knowledge of Kohler plumbing product encouraged, but not required.
  • Hands on experience with plumbing installation and dismantling plumbing equipment
  • Transport product, lift, move and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis.
  • Operate a forklift and demonstrate basic construction skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems a plus, ODOO preferred.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office required.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing a demanding multi-project workload and seeing it through final fulfillment.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills required.
  • High attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Must thrive in fast paced environment and be problem solver with a can-do attitude.

The salary range for this position is $50,100 - $62,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.  Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
