Manufacturing IT Systems Lead
Work Mode:Â Onsite
Location:  Onsite - Kohler, WI Opportunity Responsible for Cast Iron Data Acquisition and Information Systems. This encompasses the Supply Chain, Operational, and Engineering Data. This will include responsibility for driving the execution of strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and cost levels are achieved through utilization of our systems. This position will orchestrate movements and minimize any delays in achieving systems initiatives. In addition, this position will be accountability for milestone deliverables in the design and implementation of information systems along with computer hardware and software. Specific Responsibilities
2. Maintain existing SAS information systems along with their interfaces to SAP and Microsoft SQL Server.
3. Maintain and enhance the training tracking system for all divisional employees.
4. Webmaster for the Cast Iron Intranet.
5. Maintain and enhance the document management system.
6. Determine and implement alternative forms of data collection.
7. SAS site representative for Kohler Company. Renew SAS software licenses and apply to workstations and servers.
8. Maintain SAS servers with patches and new releases.
9. Support the acquisition of environmental data and reporting for our internal environmental group and the Department of Natural Resources.
10. Support our HWS automated molding machines ALS software. Configuration changes, data offloads, software and hardware upgrades, and data backups.
11. Supervise and enhance the Divisions Appspace visual management system.
12. Provide hardware and software expertise to divisional users. Including Honeywell mobile devices, Zebra tablets, Zebra label printers, and personal computers.

The salary range for this position is $102,500 - $130,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
