Opportunity

Kohler Co. is seeking candidates for our in-house law clerk position in several legal practices. Kohler offers a unique opportunity to get a first-hand look at in-house counsel work, including working directly with a variety of internal business partners.

Specific Responsibilities

• Kohler Co. is seeking candidates for a General Law Clerk position. The position will work with a variety of Kohler’s in-house attorneys executing projects spanning multiple practice areas, including commercial contract review, legal research, real estate, and general legal support for Kohler’s four business groups and enterprise functions.
• The Law Clerk may also provide support on certain intellectual property projects, including various patents, trademark, and copyright issues; compliance projects; and Labor and Employment issues, including union negotiations and employment disputes, and counseling HR and business leaders across all aspects of labor and employment law.

Skills/Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have completed a minimum of one (1) year of law school and have an interest in the practice of law within a global and diverse company.
• Preferred candidates are in the top 1/3 of their class.
